3. How to Receive a Scratchie

During the Promotion Period, customers will receive one (1) Scratchie for every $15 spent on eligible in-store or takeaway purchases at participating Nene Chicken stores.

$30–$44.99 spent = 2 Scratchies

6. Korea Trip Draw

A total of 20,000 Scratchies provide an eligible entry opportunity into the Korea Trip draw.

The Korea Trip is not an instant-win prize.

To enter, a customer who receives an eligible Korea Trip draw-entry Scratchie must:

Retain the original eligible Scratchie.
Retain the corresponding Nene Chicken purchase receipt.
Complete the entry form at https://tally.so/r/81DeKz.
Complete the required customer details.
Upload a clear image of the eligible Scratchie and corresponding Nene Chicken receipt.
Submit the completed entry by 11:59 pm AEDT on 8 November 2026.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, submitted after the closing time or cannot be verified may be deemed invalid.

7. Korea Trip Prize

There is one (1) Korea Trip Prize available.

The prize is a 7-day trip for two (2) people to Seoul, South Korea, with a total maximum value of AUD $5,000.

The prize includes:

return economy-class flights for two people from the winner's nearest Australian capital-city airport to Seoul, South Korea; and
accommodation for two people for the trip duration.

The airline, flights, accommodation and booking arrangements will be selected and arranged by Nene Chicken Australia.

The actual value of the prize may vary depending on the winner's departure city, travel dates, airfare and accommodation rates, but will not exceed AUD $5,000.

Travel must take place during November 2026, subject to flight and accommodation availability and any applicable blackout dates.

Unless expressly advised otherwise by Nene Chicken Australia, the prize does not include:

airport or ground transfers;
meals or beverages;
spending money;
travel insurance;
passports or visas;
activities;
laundry;
gratuities;
additional baggage;
incidental expenses; or
any other personal or ancillary travel costs.

The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for ensuring they possess all required passports, visas and other travel documentation.

8. Korea Trip Draw & Winner Notification

The Korea Trip draw will take place on:

One valid entry will be selected randomly by electronic selection from all valid Korea Trip entries received before the entry deadline.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

9. Claiming the Korea Trip & Redraw

The selected Korea Trip winner must respond to Nene Chicken Australia and accept the prize within three (3) business days of notification.

If the prize is not claimed within this period, or the selected winner is determined to be ineligible or unable to satisfy the prize conditions, an unclaimed-prize redraw will take place on:

13 November 2026 at 12:00 pm AEDT

The redraw will use the same random electronic selection method from the remaining valid entries.

10. Redeeming Instant-Win Prizes

Valid food and Nene merchandise prizes may be redeemed at participating Nene Chicken stores until:

31 December 2026.

To redeem an instant-win prize, the customer must present and surrender the original winning Scratchie.

A winning Scratchie may only be redeemed once.

Customers may redeem eligible instant-win prizes at another participating Nene Chicken store, subject to prize availability and these Terms & Conditions.

For major prizes including:

$100 Visa Gift Card;

11. Prize Conditions

All prizes are subject to verification.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and, except where required by law, are:

non-transferable;
non-exchangeable;
not redeemable for cash; and
not substitutable at the winner's request.

12. Verification and Invalid Scratchies

All winning Scratchies and Korea Trip entries are subject to verification by Nene Chicken Australia.

Scratchies may be declared invalid if they are:

altered;
mutilated;
duplicated;
counterfeit;
illegible;
fraudulently obtained;
previously redeemed; or
otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

13. General Conditions

Nene Chicken Australia reserves the right, subject to applicable law and regulatory approval where required, to cancel, suspend, modify or otherwise deal with the promotion where fraud, technical failure, tampering or another circumstance beyond the Promoter's reasonable control affects the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.

Personal information collected in connection with the Korea Trip draw will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact entrants and winners, fulfil the prize and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Information collected may include an entrant's:

name;
telephone number;
email address;
date of birth;
Scratchie image; and
purchase receipt.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Nene Chicken Australia Privacy Policy.

Entry into the Korea Trip draw does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Nene marketing communications.
